John Lutz

About John Lutz:

John Lutz was drafted in 1983 by the Kansas City Royals out of Milwaukee Thomas More High School.  After playing in the Royals' minor league system, Lutz played for the Park Ridge Orioles (semi-pro) before returning to Milwaukee.  There he played for Milwaukee Wolf's cleaners, where he helped his team win 13 Langsdorf League Championships.

Over the last 20 years, Lutz has spent considerable time coaching at Cardinal Stritch, St. Mary's Academy Varsity, and Divine Savior Holy Angels.  John has been involved with the Milwaukee Angels organization since 2006, and has been a head coach for the last five years.  


Achievements

2009-inducted into the Wisconsin Old TIme Ballplayers Hall of Fame.
